Preheat tea ware with hot water from tea kettle. After tea minutes, empty water to cleaning bowl.

Once tea is brewed, pour tea to tea cups. Pour 1/3 of tea to each cup starting from the top so that so that all cups have equal strengths of tea.

Before drinking tea, check color and aroma of tea. Drink tea slowly with appreciation of tea's character - taste, color and aroma.

When tea food is prepared, finish the first cup of tea before tasting the tea food. Otherwise, one can not fully appreciate the taste of tea.
